Unable to access course and get a reply

Hello there at OCBS,

I am concerned. I bought a Pali Level 1 course on July, 24th and the status is still processing. Unfortunately, I haven’t got any response to my inquiry via email and phone.
Is there any way to reach a helping person?
Looking forward to help and access to my course.

Hi Carmen, I also have the same issue. I hope OCBS actually has operating staff. Has your issue been solved yet?

Hi Iskandar, yes, my issue has been solved 😉 I wrote an email to support@ocbs-courses.org and a few days later I got a reply and I had access to the course. Good luck and happy studying 🙂
